Which service is right for my space?
Routine cleaning can support everyday upkeep. A deeper clean may suit areas needing more attention, and a move-related clean starts with your property and handover needs. Share your priorities in the planner, and we’ll discuss the right scope.
How do I get a price?
Use the planner or contact Cleaning Genie with your location, type and size of space, preferred frequency, and priorities. We’ll discuss the details and estimate directly. The planner does not calculate a price.
Do you clean business spaces?
Yes. Choose “My business” in the planner and share the facility type, approximate size, preferred schedule, and main priorities. We’ll confirm the work and whether a walkthrough or further information is needed.
Does sending a request book a cleaning?
Your request begins the conversation. A cleaning is booked after you and Cleaning Genie agree on the scope, price, date, and access arrangements. The planner opens your own email or WhatsApp app so you can review and send the request.
What should I share before we talk?
A city or ZIP code, type of space, desired service, timing, and any priorities are a helpful start. Tell us about pets, occupancy, or special surfaces when relevant. Share keys, access codes, or other sensitive details directly when arranging the service.
